This is an agreement (“Agreement”) and it contains the complete terms and conditions that govern your subscription of the service(s) offered by ebnus. Ebnus provides its users the facility to create an online store by use of its e-Commerce software. Ebnus is an e-Commerce solution owned by IDS Logic Pvt. Ltd.

By placing an order and/or using the products and services provided by ebnus, you are agreeing to all the terms that are mentioned in this Agreement.

• The Terms of Use mentioned in this agreement limit the use of ebnus by minors and by all those individuals/groups who are not entitled under the law to enter into a valid contract.
• If you are a minor, and wish to enter into a contract with ebnus, then you may conduct the same through your parents or legal guardian.
• In the best interest of all the parties involved in the contract, it is essential that you provide absolutely accurate and truthful personal information during the course of registration. It is also necessary that you regularly update the information that you have provided with the latest details.

Ebnus makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, for the various services that we offer. Clients shall be solely responsible for all the information, data, text, software, images, videos, music, sound, or other materials uploaded or stored on, and served by their respective online stores.

The Terms of Use and AUP framed by ebnus are subject to change at any time and without prior notice by the company. The rates of the services so provided by us, are liable to be changed based on the availability of the resources, software, hardware, and other associated factors.

In case of renewal of the services being taken from us, the clients shall be notified of any amendments in the rates or charges before the billing renewal date.

The services offered by ebnus should be used for lawful purposes only. Clients shall not sell, make available online, distribute, electronically transmit, store, or display any sort of information, data, products, services, or materials that violate any law or regulation.

Any sort of spamming activity from our e-Commerce solution is strictly prohibited. Clients shall not use our service(s) to send or electronically transmit unsolicited commercial or bulk emails to others. Ebnus solely reserves the right to suspend or terminate any such service that involves spamming of any sort.

We strictly restrict the use of our service(s) and/or equipment for distributing viruses, spyware, malware, worms or Trojan horses, to cause damage to third party’s data or computer system. Distribution of such software or engaging in other destructive activities that monitor or control a computer or its users’ activity without their knowledge and consent is forbidden.

The below mentioned Limitation of Liability shall be applied to the fullest extent that is acceptable by law. Please read this carefully to be able to make the best use of this website and the services that we offer.

• Your use of the service(s) offered by ebnus is at your sole risk. Ebnus provides no warranty or condition, express, implied or statutory for the use of the service(s) so provided.
• Ebnus makes no such claims that the quality of any products, services, or, information offered by us will suit all your expectations in the exact manner you intend.
• There is no claim that errors or mistakes that may occur during the provision of service(s) shall be rectified.
• We do not certify that the service(s) will be uninterrupted, prompt, protected, or accurate, at all the time.
• Ebnus shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages that may incur in the course of your use of the service(s) offered by us.

• Users may cancel their account at any time they want by sending an email to our support team.
• In order to cancel the account, you will have to follow the instructions as specified by the team.
• After the confirmation of the cancellation request so received, all of your Content shall be deleted from the service(s) offered by ebnus, straightaway.
• As this is an irreversible action, it will be in the interest of the account holder and/or user to carefully decide about the cancellation process before proceeding with it.

Ebnus reserves the sole right to terminate the service(s) that it offers to its users, without giving any prior notice to them.

The company may or may not specify the reason of such termination.

Use of the service(s) offered by ebnus to make fraudulent offers or to conduct any sort of fraudulent activity will lead to immediate suspension, termination or cancellation of our service(s).

All information so received about the fraudulent activity or the fraudulent account/service shall be provided to the law establishments for the right legal action to be taken against the parties at fault, without any delay. Ebnus will not be held responsible for the fraudulent actions done by the users of its services, and by no means, endorse any such activity.

In the event of violation of any of our foregoing terms and conditions, we may terminate, suspend or cancel any or all the services that you might have been availing from us.

We have all the rights to withdraw access to our services in case of violations of our terms of use. No refund shall be given for any payments that might have been made by you to ebnus, in case your services get cancelled due to violation of any kind.
